I was able to set up an appointment with Tony right away sense I had requested a short closing date. He was on site immediately and was amazing, he did an in depth inspection that saved me and my wife lot of time, money and headaches. Because of the inspection he pointed out a lot of potential safety issues as well as a failing foundation I had not seen prior to this. He presented a 42 page inspection report with pictures and explanations on all his findings (good and bad). We are not done looking for our dream home yet, and when we find the next one Tony will be our first call to make sure everything is right. We called Tony and we had NO problem in setting an inspection date. He did an EXCELLENT job. He took his time and was extremely thorough. He even corrected our real estate agent as to the type of construction the home. Our realtor stated it was a stick home and Tony quickly informed her it was a modular home. I was "impressed". Tony inspected the home from the roof to basement to outside and including the slope of the property. His final inspection report was the best we had ever seen - and my husband and I have purchased four primary residents. The pictures submitted in the final inspection report were outstanding and clear. Each photo he took had an explanation and if any corrections were needed or if the item was functional and very easy to read. The report did not leave us guessing what was being talked about. Tony really went the extra mile (or in our case more than 30) to work with us as we bought our lakeside "bunker". There were issues he found that we were able to address prior to making an offer. He took photos and emailed them to us, since we were a ten hour drive from the property. He was and continues to be available to talk about any issues that we need assistance with on the property.
